We are the brothers (Matthew- left and Charles- right) behind High Noon Saloon. We opened this small cafe with the absolute focus of broadening peoples expectations of and drinking better coffee.

We only serve Single origins to highlight the spectrum of flavour in coffee and bring in coffee from the best roasters around the world to keep it interesting for even the most snobby coffee snobs.
